• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a senior technical leadership role (Director, Sr. Manager, or Head of Engineering). • A proven track record of scaling high-performing engineering teams from 15 to 50+ members, including managing technical leads and managers. • Deep, hands-on expertise in the Ad Tech ecosystem (programmatic advertising, DSPs/SSPs, RTB, attribution) and/or high-scale data platforms. • Strong background in designing and operating distributed systems, microservices architecture, real-time processing, and public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Exceptional strategic and business acumen, with experience making technical decisions that directly impact revenue, partnership growth, and market expansion. • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives and partners.
