Job Summary

The SAP HCM Consultant role is focused on managing and implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within the SAP environment. This position ensures that SAP HCM systems support organizational goals, optimize workforce management, and adhere to best practices in human resources.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement SAP HCM modules according to client requirements.
• Provide functional support and training for users regarding SAP HCM applications.
• Conduct system troubleshooting and resolve issues related to HR processes and data management.
• Collaborate with HR teams to align system solutions with business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Stay updated with SAP HCM developments and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the SAP HCM module configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Additional SAP certification in HCM or related HR technologies.
• Experience with SAP integration with other systems (e.g., Payroll, Time Management).
• Knowledge of various HR management practices and policies.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations and practices.

Experience

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support, specifically within the Mumbai region.
