Job Summary

This role focuses on managing the software deployment lifecycle, including the packaging, testing, and deployment of applications, specifically in a Microsoft environment. The successful candidate will utilize their experience in Windows endpoint management to ensure efficient and effective software deployment processes contribute to the organization’s operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows endpoint management with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Intune.
• Oversee the software deployment lifecycle, including packaging, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of applications.
• Utilize deployment technologies such as Windows Installer (MSI), EXE, App-V, and Win32 apps in Intune.
• Employ PowerShell scripting for automation of packaging and deployment tasks.
• Leverage knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for application deployment and update management.
• Troubleshoot software installation issues through logs analysis, including SCCM logs and event logs.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Windows endpoint management, particularly with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of packaging formats including MSI, EXE, and other relevant deployment formats.
• Proven expertise in application packaging for Windows 10/11 platforms.
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and deployment tasks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration using Azure DevOps (Intermediate).
• Understanding of Mobile App Management (ABM/VPP for iOS) (Intermediate).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) (Intermediate).

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Application Packaging and Deployment via Intune for both Windows and macOS.
• Experience with troubleshooting and analyzing logs for resolving deployment issues.

Experience

• A minimum of 8 years in relevant roles focused on software deployment and management.
