Job Description
- Designation: Head of Product
- Looking for an incumbent with more than 10 years of experience and a strong professional pedigree.
- The candidate will be responsible for: Product strategy, development, Market research, competitor analysis, investment risk monitoring, cross-selling, revenue optimization, and Stakeholder management across investment, sales, and legal teams.
- The incumbent must possess: Expertise in mutual funds, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
- The role will report to the Business Head: Nityanand Prabhu and it is a team-leading role.
- Compensation: Fixed: ₹ 50 lakhs and Performance-based variable pay.
- Pool to be tapped: Open to considering candidates from AMC background
