The role entails: 

 

Administrative

1. Customer Relationship Management : Lead the Customer Initiatives

2. Collaborate with Event Partners and Public Relations partner

3. Liaison with Media, Advertising agency and internal departments to ensure agile execution of all initiatives

4. Lead all promotional activities and execution

 

Strategic: 

1. Support the department with Market Analysis and Research

2. Conceptualisation and trend analysis - aligned to Overall Marketing Objectives

3. CRM : manage and update company database
