Job Summary

The Category Leader for Furniture & Raw Materials will take full ownership of the category, playing a pivotal role in Office Banaao’s growth strategy. This high-impact position involves managing end-to-end P&L, scaling the category, and driving business outcomes through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for the Furniture & Raw Materials category.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand revenue, optimize margins, and gain market share.
• Build and nurture strategic supplier and client relationships.
• Lead category pricing, cost control, and inventory planning.
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales, finance, and tech to drive execution excellence.
• Champion process automation and tech adoption across the category.
• Continuously monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to stay ahead.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing P&L in B2B procurement, ideally in furniture, interiors, or construction materials.
• Proven track record of scaling categories and delivering profitable outcomes.
• Strong commercial mindset with deep analytical and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
• Educational qualifications: Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in procurement strategy development.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in workspace design and materials.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing category P&L in a B2B context, with a focus on furniture or materials.
