Insurer & Partner Management  ∙ Manage strategic relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, and service partners. ∙ Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, SLAs, and product configurations with insurers. ∙ Ensure smooth onboarding of new insurers and products.  Revenue & Business Growth  ∙ Own insurance revenue, margins, and P&L for the vertical.  ∙ Work closely with sales, broking, wealth, and distribution teams to drive insurance penetration. ∙ Develop incentive structures, contests, and campaigns to boost productivity and revenue.  Digital & Process Enablement  ∙ Collaborate with tech and digital teams for system integration, product journeys, APIs, and  automation.  ∙ Improve customer experience through simplified journeys, faster issuance, and claims facilitation. ∙ Drive MIS, dashboards, and analytics for performance tracking.  Compliance & Governance  ∙ Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, internal policies, and insurer guidelines. ∙ Oversee audits, reporting, and regulatory submissions related to insurance business. ∙ Ensure proper documentation, disclosures, and policy servicing standards.  Team Leadership  ∙ Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing insurance product and support team. ∙ Define KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive capability development.  Educational Qualification  ∙ MBA / Post-Graduate in any discipline  ∙ Insurance certifications (IRDAI, LOMA, III, etc.) preferred  Experience  ∙ 10–15+ years of experience in insurance product management  ∙ Prior experience in handling multiple insurance lines under one portfolio is mandatory ∙ Experience in broking or multi-insurer environments preferred</div>
