Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for creating the brand growth strategy and executing it to deliver the planned business growth across channels
· Identify consumer needs/pain points across products, design GTM strategy to cater to those needs and work with cross-functional teams to launch the products and deliver on key customer/business metrics
· Responsible for brand equity and creating brand relevancy through different brand campaigns
· Strategize, execute, and analyse PR and social influencer campaigns.
· Strategize marketing communication for social handles of brand and grow brand’s community
· Run brand diagnostics such as brand track, attitudes, behaviour etc.
· Plan channel wise initiatives for focus products and execute product specifications
· Creating branded content regularly for propagating brand vision and purpose
· Designing & Measuring Marketing, Merchandising, User Journey, Retention Experiments, New Product Launch & Activation Plans
· To collaborate with agencies (Digital, PR, Media, Research) to plan & implement brand campaigns/ initiatives.
· To maintain the brand calendar, manage budget and ensure proper ROI of different marketing campaigns
· Customer obsession – immersing oneself in their needs, converting their views into insights and insights into business plan/ actionable
