We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead multiple centres within a region, driving business growth, operational excellence, and student success.<br />
<br />
<b>Role Overview:</b><br />
<br />
This is a leadership role where Cluster Head will be the P & L owner for his region .<br />
<br />
He / She will be responsible for managing the business and operational performance of a group of centres.<br />
<br />
The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for education to ensure centres achieve revenue, enrollment, and student satisfaction target.<br />
<br />
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br />
<br />
- Business Growth & Revenue<br />
<br />
- Own revenue, enrollment, and profitability targets for all centres within the cluster.<br />
<br />
- Drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and ensure ROI.<br />
<br />
- Operations & Service Quality<br />
<br />
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all centres.<br />
<br />
- Maintain academic and operational standards aligned with Vedantus brand promise.<br />
<br />
- Team Leadership<br />
<br />
- Hire, train, and manage Centre Managers, Academic Counselors, and staff.<br />
<br />
- Build and mentor high-performing teams to deliver excellence.<br />
<br />
- Market Expansion & Local Engagement<br />
<br />
- Identify potential micro-markets for new centre launches.<br />
<br />
- Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and local communities to drive brand presence.<br />
<br />
- Marketing & Outreach<br />
<br />
- Execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events to build awareness and drive enrollments.<br />
<br />
- Performance Management<br />
<br />
- Track and analyze KPIs including leads, conversions, footfall, and student satisfaction.<br />
<br />
- Share regular business updates and insights with leadership.<br />
<br />
- Compliance & Process Adherence<br />
<br />
- Ensure all academic, operational, and financial processes are compliant with company policies and regulations.<br />
<br />
<b>Qualifications & Experience:</b><br />
<br />
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.<br />
<br />
812 years of experience in business operations, sales, or center management (experience in Education/EdTech ).<br />
<br />
Proven experience in managing multi-location teams/business units , 3-4 Branches .<br />
<br />
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.<br />
<br />
Proficiency in English and local language (preferred).<br />
<br />
