Job Description
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
<p> </p> • Develop and execute comprehensive D2C growth strategies for Agilitas' brand <p> </p> portfolio, including Lotto and upcoming consumer brands across multiple product <p> </p> categories: footwear, apparel, accessories, and sports equipment <p> </p> • Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid <p> </p> social (Meta Facebook/Instagram), search (Google Ads), and display channels to <p> </p> achieve aggressive growth targets. <p> </p> • Track and optimize key metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and cart <p> </p> abandonment across multiple brand verticals <p> </p> • Multi-Brand Growth: Oversee growth initiatives for multiple sportswear brands <p> </p> under Agilitas (including Lotto), tailoring strategies to each brand’s audience while <p> </p> leveraging synergies across the portfolio. <p> </p> • Affiliate & Partnerships: Launch and manage affiliate marketing programs and other <p> </p> partnership channels to expand reach. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships <p> </p> (e.g. affiliate networks, co-marketing opportunities, influencer collaborations) that <p> </p> can drive incremental traffic and new customer acquisition for our brands. <p> </p> • Collaborate with the technology team to enhance user experience and conversion <p> </p> optimization <p> </p> • Agency Management: Manage relationships with external digital marketing <p> </p> agencies, media partners, and vendors. Clearly brief agencies on performance <p> </p> goals, oversee their campaign execution, and hold them accountable for delivering <p> </p> results. Ensure a strong collaboration that amplifies our in-house team’s <p> </p> capabilities. <p> </p> • Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on a <p> </p> daily/weekly basis. Generate insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, <p> </p> Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to understand campaign performance and customer <p> </p> behavior. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to <p> </p> continuously improve conversion and lower acquisition costs. <p> </p> • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive new customer acquisition through <p> </p> innovative growth hacks and proven tactics, while also working with the <p> </p> CRM/retention teams <p> </p> • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand marketing, content, <p> </p> product, and design teams to ensure marketing campaigns are on-brand and <p> </p> optimized for e-commerce (product launches, promotions, etc.). <p> </p> • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present regular growth reports highlighting <p> </p> performance trends, campaign learnings, and actionable recommendations. Use <p> </p> data-driven storytelling to inform leadership of progress against KPIs and to <p> </p> propose new initiatives for scaling our D2C businesses.<br />
