Job Description

Growth Strategy & Market Expansion

 

• Develop and execute comprehensive D2C growth strategies for Agilitas' brand

 

portfolio, including Lotto and upcoming consumer brands across multiple product

 

categories: footwear, apparel, accessories, and sports equipment

 

• Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid

 

social (Meta Facebook/Instagram), search (Google Ads), and display channels to

 

achieve aggressive growth targets.

 

• Track and optimize key metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and cart

 

abandonment across multiple brand verticals

 

• Multi-Brand Growth: Oversee growth initiatives for multiple sportswear brands

 

under Agilitas (including Lotto), tailoring strategies to each brand’s audience while

 

leveraging synergies across the portfolio.

 

• Affiliate & Partnerships: Launch and manage affiliate marketing programs and other

 

partnership channels to expand reach. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships

 

(e.g. affiliate networks, co-marketing opportunities, influencer collaborations) that

 

can drive incremental traffic and new customer acquisition for our brands.

 

• Collaborate with the technology team to enhance user experience and conversion

 

optimization

 

• Agency Management: Manage relationships with external digital marketing

 

agencies, media partners, and vendors. Clearly brief agencies on performance

 

goals, oversee their campaign execution, and hold them accountable for delivering

 

results. Ensure a strong collaboration that amplifies our in-house team’s

 

capabilities.

 

• Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on a

 

daily/weekly basis. Generate insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics,

 

Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to understand campaign performance and customer

 

behavior. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to

 

continuously improve conversion and lower acquisition costs.

 

• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive new customer acquisition through

 

innovative growth hacks and proven tactics, while also working with the

 

CRM/retention teams

 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand marketing, content,

 

product, and design teams to ensure marketing campaigns are on-brand and

 

optimized for e-commerce (product launches, promotions, etc.).

 

• Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present regular growth reports highlighting

 

performance trends, campaign learnings, and actionable recommendations. Use

 

data-driven storytelling to inform leadership of progress against KPIs and to

 

propose new initiatives for scaling our D2C businesses.
