Job Summary

The D365 Commerce Integration Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations across various systems including B2B eCommerce, Point of Sale (POS), Customer Service Units (CSU), and Headquarters (HQ) systems. This role is critical to ensure seamless data flows for orders, inventory, pricing, and customer hierarchies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations using Dynamics 365 Commerce SDK, Data Exchange, and OData/REST APIs.
• Configure and extend data flows for orders, inventory management, pricing, and customer hierarchies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and develop solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across various environments, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Engage with Azure services and third-party connectors to enhance integration capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and support in the integration process to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce integrations and configurations.
• Strong knowledge of OData and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Azure services and their integration with Commerce systems.
• Experience with data flow management and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with B2B eCommerce systems and POS solutions is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of various integration tools and middleware.
• Experience with DevOps practices related to integration development.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in D365 Commerce integrations or similar roles.

Environment

• The position is located in Bangalore. The work setting may vary but is primarily in an office environment, with potential options for hybrid work arrangements.
