Design Generalist

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and versatile Design Generalist to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in supporting our marketing efforts through innovative graphic design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create engaging graphic designs for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to enhance and manipulate images.
• Assist in the development of digital and print materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.

Experience

• Open to candidates with 0 years of experience but a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills is essential.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹150,000 - ₹1,500,000 annually.
