Job Summary
The Corporate Finance Manager will work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders within the Dico group of companies. The role focuses on treasury and corporate finance matters to maximize the organization's financial resources, contribute to development goals, and achieve financial performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively lead corporate finance efforts, including capital planning activities and funding strategies.
- Execute corporate and project-level financing deals, providing transaction support and other initiatives to meet the group’s development and financial performance objectives.
- Lead business planning and capital planning exercises across the group, recommending capital allocation and funding strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks, advisors, and credit rating agencies for effective capital management.
- Drive financial performance improvement initiatives across group activities, providing effective investment and transaction support.
- Manage direct reports with adequate supervision, guidance, and performance feedback while maintaining confidentiality and complying with governance and control requirements.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management.
- Experience: At least 10 years of managerial experience, including team leadership and process management.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in corporate finance with regional experience.
- Experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and project finance is preferred.
- Proficient in business planning, capital allocation, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to creatively solve problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
