Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE In this role, the incumbent will be needed to develop products and technologies for relevant categories. He/she needs to lead formula development activities in the project and deliver different activities of product development in time with quality research & development. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-CONCLUSIVE)   <ol> <li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify">Project or Insight Management

	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:#002060">Lead Supply Chain &amp; Roll-out Core Team: </span></span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:#002060">The job holder will join core team meetings on supply chain and roll-out projects. He/she will lead decision with help of formula head to manage the project progress.</span></span> </span></span></li>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:#002060">Manage low complexity innovation projects. Job holder should be able to define and execute actions for managing low complex innovation project. </span></span></span></span></li>

Person should be able to work on several projects at a time.</span></span></span></span></li>

</ol>     <ol start="2"> <li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify">Novel Technology/Capability Development: </li> </ol>      2.1 Support Value Management (VM) approaches and Supply Chain (SC) project: Job holder should be able to support value management analysis and activities for categories. He/she should be able to supply chain requests.     2.2 Support novel technology and capabilities for projects and categories.  Job holder should be able to support on category understanding and building. He/she should be able to support on competition understanding, technology mapping and technology development.   2.3 Support for Patent filing: Job holder should be able to support patents drafting in defining invention and disclosures.     <ol start="3"> <li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify">Workflow know how: Job Holder should be able to manage R&D (Research & Development) workflows on formula databases, Stability tests, micro, safety assessment, registration process, artwork</li> </ol>   <ol start="4"> <li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify">Organisation Task: Enabling site and team organizational solution by participating in India R&D workgroups on safety, culture, and simplification.</li> </ol>
