This is a newly created position and will initially operate as an individual contributor role, with the team structure to be strengthened progressively in line with business expansion and regulatory needs.

  10-15 Years of relevant experience.
• Candidate Background:
  The ideal candidate should have a background in enterprise risk management, with exposure to a broad spectrum of operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Talent Platforms to Explore:
  Given the unique requirements of the role, suitable candidates are likely to be:
  – Currently serving as a CRO in an AIF platform (either credit or equity), or
  – Professionals with cross-functional experience across Operations and Investments within an AIF setup.
  Talent from NBFCs, Banks, or AMCs may not be an ideal fit for this role.
