Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach with fluency in Japanese to join our team on a 3-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate will help teams adopt and mature Agile practices across multiple departments, drive cultural change, and support delivery excellence. This role requires strong coaching skills, Agile expertise, and the ability to facilitate in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile principles and practices.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions in Japanese and English.

• Collaborate with leadership to promote Agile transformation and culture across the organization.

• Assess Agile maturity and recommend improvement plans tailored to team needs.

• Support the scaling of Agile practices using frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.

• Drive continuous improvement and track progress through Agile metrics and KPIs.

• Provide guidance on Agile tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Practitioner.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

• Native or business-level fluency in Japanese (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in English for cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience coaching distributed and cross-cultural teams.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, CTC, SAFe Program Consultant) preferred.
