You will be providing timely and accurate financial reporting to management together with strategic insights on the company's financial position. ● Lead the consolidation of group financials across our four entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. ● Collaborate closely with outsourced accounting and tax teams across different regions to streamline processes and ensure consistent financial practices. ● Develop and implement Financial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and maintain internal controls. ● Conduct transfer pricing reviews and ensure proper application in accordance with regulatory requirements. ● Manage tax filing and review processes for US, UK, Netherlands, Canada, and India, working closely with external tax advisors to ensure compliance and minimize tax exposure. ● Perform stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records. ● Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives. ● Understanding requirements, identifying, evaluating and implementing the most suitable accounting system/ tools needed to support the accounting needs of the organization ● Capital management across investor & other stakeholders
