Job Summary

The Agent Force Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role plays a critical part in supporting the architecture of Agent Force-related implementations and integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems to enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Lead and contribute to the design and architecture of Agent Force-related implementations.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), and declarative features.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 7+ years in Salesforce development.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Agent Force platform or similar agent management modules.
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules).
• Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems).
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are a strong plus.
• Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
