Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. This role will contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and align with the overall goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Possess a complete understanding of individual projects or modules within a larger project.
• Guide software engineers in maintaining good programming discipline.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and deliver within established timelines.
• Exhibit excellent coding skills, adhering to standards with minimal defects.
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
• Understand low-level designs and adhere to architectural decisions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and understand high-level designs.
• Work independently while contributing to the overall delivery.
• Interface directly with customers to articulate work completed.
• Implement technical solutions proposed by leads or technical specialists to solve real-time business problems.
• Engage in full-stack development depending on technology stack.
• Propose solutions to customers based on strong full-stack knowledge and platform understanding.
• Participate and contribute in technical discussions and architecture proposals.
• Work on proof of concepts (POCs) and present technical solutions.
• Develop alternative solutions to effectively address customer issues.
• Mentor junior software engineers and share knowledge to foster their growth.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

  • Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura.
  • Understanding of Objects & Fields Setup, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Basic Integration.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and deployment using Change Set.
  • Familiarity with tools like VS Code, Developer Console, Workbench, and Dataloader.

• Certifications:

  • PD1 (Platform Developer 1), PD2 (Platform Developer 2), and App Builder certifications are preferred.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulating clearly and concisely.
  • High confidence and assertiveness in interactions; able to maintain cordial relationships.
  • Ability to accept feedback positively and focus on personal development.
  • Solid analytical and logical skills to quickly understand and clarify requirements.

• Continuous Learning:

  • Stays updated with the latest developments in technology and applies them to projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of advanced and complex integrations.
• Familiarity with Apex design patterns.
