RoR Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, securing, and integrating APIs, with a focus on influencer marketing features. This role requires a strong understanding of security practices and the ability to perform code reviews and continuous integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure APIs using Ruby on Rails 7.
• Integrate influencer-marketing features into existing platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure continuous integration processes are followed.
• Address security vulnerabilities following OWASP Top 10 guidelines and implement pentest fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Ruby on Rails 7.
  • Experience with Sideqik, REST, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
  • Strong understanding of web security standards (OWASP Top 10).
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and align with Indian working hours.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python, LangChain, pgvector, and Kubernetes.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Ruby on Rails development.

Environment

The role involves working Indian working hours, ideally in a remote setting.
