About the Role:
SurakshitU is looking for an intern to help streamline and optimize our internal processes using the Zoho suite. This includes CRM automation, WhatsApp bot integration, and pipeline management via Zoho Bigin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and streamline workflows in Zoho CRM

• Set up or refine WhatsApp bot flows for customer interaction

• Configure sales pipelines and integrations in Zoho Bigin

• Document processes and identify opportunities for automation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience or interest in CRM tools (Zoho preferred)

• Strong logical and process-mapping skills

• Familiarity with low-code automation tools a plus
