<div>PR Asst. Manager - JD<br />
As PR Asst. Manager you will execute public relations initiatives to enhance the<br />
organization's image and build positive relationships with key stakeholders.<br />
Objective<br />
1. Media Presence: Generate media coverage for brand/organization visibility through<br />
press releases, targeted media outlets and strategic media partnerships.<br />
2. Build Positive Relationships: Build strong connections with stakeholders, customers,<br />
and influencers for sustained brand advocacy.<br />
3. Craft Compelling Content: Develop and distribute engaging content across various<br />
platforms to convey key messages effectively.<br />
4. Reputation Management: Proactively managing and enhancing the brand's<br />
reputation across all platforms to build trust and credibility among target audiences.</div>
<div>Responsibilities:<br />
Media Relations<br />
● Craft and distribute press releases to announce new products, store openings, or<br />
other important news.<br />
● Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and PR influencers<br />
relevant to the jewelry industry and lifestyle sector.<br />
● Use tools to monitor brand mentions and media coverage, and prepare<br />
monthly/quarterly reports on PR outcomes.<br />
Content Strategy<br />
● Generate compelling content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social<br />
media content by collaborating with the content & fashion team.<br />
● Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across various content platforms.<br />
Executing PR Strategy<br />
● Work with the PR Manager/Brand Head to implement PR strategy aligned with the<br />
company’s business objectives and brand identity.<br />
● Manage the PR calendar, incorporating seasonal promotions, product launches, and<br />
other key business events.</div>
<div>PR Influencer Partnerships<br />
● Research and reach out to potential brand advocates or PR influencers who align with<br />
Kushal's values and customer base.<br />
● Plan and execute PR influencer campaigns, including tracking deliverables, deadlines,<br />
and KPIs.<br />
Event Coordination<br />
● Plan and coordinate PR events such as product launches, press conferences, or<br />
community engagement events.<br />
● Utilize media contacts and social media to promote events and secure media<br />
coverage.<br />
Ensure Crisis Readiness<br />
● Prepare and implement proactive crisis communication strategies to safeguard the<br />
organization's reputation.<br />
Candidate Profile:<br />
Qualification<br />
● Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Literature, Art or a related<br />
field.<br />
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in PR and media management<br />
● 1+ years of recent experience in B2C model in the fashion,beauty industry, lifestyle<br />
and Hospitality.</div>

● Proven track record of successful PR campaigns, including evidence of media<br />
coverage and brand visibility improvements.<br />
● Strong media relations experience with a network of industry contacts.<br />
● Experience in planning and executing PR events, such as product launches, press<br />
conferences, or community engagement events.<br />
● Previous involvement in influencer identification, outreach, and campaign<br />
management.<br />
● Experience in managing social media accounts for PR purposes.<br />
● Experience with working with agencies and vendor management.</div>
