Reporting to: Kavita Singh 

• Designation - Head of Sales
• Idea candidates shall come exclusively from PMS / AIF sales backgrounds; mutual fund profiles to be avoided
• Strong experience in private banking with deep connections across Ultra HNI clients is essential.
• Must bring a distributor-focused approach to drive flow-based business across boutique firms and large distributors.
• Should be a strong people’s person with the ability to engage effectively both internally and externally.
• The role is intended for someone who can work closely with Kavita, learn the mandate, and transition into a broader leadership capacity over time.
• Budget - Fixed 60 LPA + Variables
