Customer Acquisition and Retention: • Develop strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base. • Implement customer retention programs to enhance customer loyalty and minimize churn. Digital Marketing: • Drive the organization's digital presence, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Partnerships and Collaborations: • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry players, influencers, and other brands to enhance marketing reach and credibility. Team Leadership: • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team. • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. Budget Management: • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various initiatives. • Monitor expenditures to ensure optimal utilization of funds. Communication and Reporting: • Provide regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders on marketing performance, initiatives, and outcomes. • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to drive informed decision making. Events • Planning, organizing, and managing offline event Social Media Management • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to the website. Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and monitor conversations and trends. Content Marketing: • Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics. Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to develop engaging and informative content that aligns with the brand's messaging and SEO objectives.
