As we expand, we’re looking for a Brand Manager who will take ownership of building Cheero’s brand story, driving consumer engagement, and shaping our identity in the competitive FMCG landscape. Position Overview As a Brand Manager, you will lead the strategic development, positioning, and marketing of Cheero’s brand. You’ll craft compelling narratives, drive digital engagement, and spearhead innovation to elevate consumer love and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy ● Define, refine, and evolve Cheero’s brand identity, tone, and positioning in line with business goals. Digital & Content Marketing ● Lead integrated campaigns across websites, newsletters, social media (Instagram, etc.), and blogs. ● Highlight product USPs such as gluten content, flavor innovations, health attributes, and handcrafted quality. Product Launch & Flavors ● Manage launch campaigns for new flavors and packaging. ● Gather and analyze consumer feedback for continuous improvement. Promotions & Trade Marketing ● Design and execute promotional offers, bulk-buy incentives, and distributor sample packs (e.g., B2B Sample Pack of 60). Consumer Insights ● Conduct market research to track consumer snacking trends, competitor activities, and leverage insights to refine positioning. PR & Events ● Plan brand activations, manage PR campaigns, and drive media outreach to maximize visibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Operations to align brand initiatives with product innovation, distribution, and customer expectations. Qualifications & Skills ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field. ● 3–6 years of experience in FMCG brand management (snacks/food preferred). ● Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand storytelling, and data-driven decision-making. ● Creative thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
