Key Responsibilities:

• Own the budgeting process of the organization; and conduct variable analysis

• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health and stability.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate and optimize the company's financial performance.

• Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost control and profitability initiatives.

• Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget and financial planning.

• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities to drive business growth and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis. • Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting principles.

• Advanced Excel skills. • Experience with financial software and tools. • Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
