Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing and extending Dynamics modules using plugins, Power Platform, and integrations with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Configure out-of-the-box entities, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and web resources using C# and JavaScript.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems and external APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data migration and transformation using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, etc.
• Implement Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for Dynamics CRM environments.
• Follow coding best practices, maintain version control, and create technical documentation.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Strong knowledge of CRM SDK, XRM Tooling, and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Familiarity with Dataverse (CDS), model-driven apps, and canvas apps.
• Experience in integrating CRM with third-party applications and services.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-920, MB-210).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
