Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Sales Lead to drive the onboarding of well-funded digital-native brands in a performance or brand marketing agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for brand marketing via digital media and a proven ability to help high-growth startups scale through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding of high-growth, digital-first brands for brand and performance marketing campaigns.
- Engage directly with founders, growth heads, Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs), or marketing leaders of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Software as a Service (SaaS), or app-first businesses.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to activation, retention, and growth.
- Identify client needs and craft tailored solutions to address growth challenges.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to support ongoing success and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in a brand or performance marketing digital agency.
- Strong track record of onboarding high-growth, digital-first brands.
- Deep understanding of brand and performance marketing, as well as the digital media planning and buying cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with high-level stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to solve growth problems creatively and strategically.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with biddable and programmatic media.
- Understanding of data analytics tools and their application in digital media strategies.
Experience
- Prior experience in a B2B or B2C sales role within a marketing or digital agency is preferred. Experience with high-growth startups is a plus.
