Job Description/Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee and
manage all aspects of our accounting and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will
ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, develop effective internal
controls, and provide actionable financial insights to senior management. This role requires a
strategic leader with a strong background in Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and
regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting and financial reporting
processes.
● Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with
applicable accounting standards and company policies.

● Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal control procedures to safeguard company
assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
● Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to
senior management.
● Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company
goals and objectives.
● Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit
findings.
● Support tax planning and compliance activities, including the preparation and filing
of tax returns.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and
optimize financial operations.
● Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a
culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications:
● Qualified CA with 10 years of relevant experience in accounting,
financial reporting, and internal controls
● Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and regulatory
requirements.
● Proven track record of managing complex financial processes and delivering
accurate financial reports.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Strong leadership and team management abilities.
● Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively across all levels of the organization.
Skills:
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
