• Build and establish a successful Commercial finance function

• Build Strong links with the Sales, Supply Chain & Finance function

• Working with the sales team to identify opportunities/initiatives to deliver higher Gross margin

• Ownership for financial modelling and budget forecasting for sales function

• Reviewing product economics to guide future initiatives for products

• Manage cash flow forecasting processes along with sales and execution teams

• Risk Assessment in terms of execution and other complexity

• Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex structuring problems by using multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision

• Help implement complex pricing for Tender bids along with cross-functional stakeholders

• Providing the CFO and CBO with timely commercial analysis and advice (including financial results, forecasts and budgets; revenue optimisation and cost control) for the business

• Overseeing the monthly and quarterly reporting requirements including Annual and long-range business planning and maintaining a robust forecasting process across contracts, identifying       issues and opportunities

• Providing financial and commercial support/partnering including reviewing of contracts

• Using Analytics to prepare customer insights to help sales customise value-based pricing

• Reports to the Leader & Board on commercial performance and risk analysis
