About Kuberha.ai

Kuberha.ai is an AI-native ERP built for Indian business owners and MSMEs. We’re

building an end-to-end platform that handles billing, inventory, supplier management,

analytics, and AI-powered automation and various other business verticles

across Flutter mobile apps and React/Next.js web dashboards, backed by modern

APIs and integrations.

We’re looking for a hands-on Tester / Product QA Engineer who can own product

quality across web and mobile and help us ship fast without breaking critical retail

workflows.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for testing Kuberha.ai ERP, web and mobile apps

end-to-end

– from login to billing, inventory, supplier flows, AI assistant features, and

reports. You’ll design test cases, run regression cycles, log clear bugs, and work closely

with product, design, and engineering to ensure we ship reliable, intuitive and

bug-free releases.

Key Responsibilities

●

Own test coverage for key modules.

●

Create, review, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and checklists for

web & mobile.

●

Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and integration testing across

devices and browsers.

●

Test end-to-end journeys (e.g., product onboarding → inventory → billing →

reports → payouts).

●

Validate data accuracy between UI, APIs, and database (where accessible).

●

Raise clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, screenshots, videos, and

expected vs actual behaviour.

●

Work with product/design to clarify requirements and edge cases before

development starts.

●

Collaborate with developers to retest fixes, verify patches, and prevent

regressions.

●

Help define and maintain release checklists for production deployments.

●

(Optional, if applicable) Contribute to test automation scripts for critical flows

over time.Must-Have Skills & Experience

●

2+ years of experience as a Software Tester / QA Engineer (web and/or

mobile).

●

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing types (functional,

regression, smoke, sanity, UAT).

●

Hands-on experience testing web applications (React/Next or similar)

and/or mobile apps (Android/iOS).

●

Ability to write clear test cases and detailed bug reports.

●

Comfortable using tools like Jira/Trello/ClickUp/Odoo, screen recorders, and

test management tools.

●

Strong attention to detail and ability to break flows by thinking like a real user.

●

Good communication skills – can discuss issues with devs, PMs, and

non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have (Plus Points)

●

Experience testing ERP / Web / inventory / e-commerce / Mobile

application based products.

●

Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman / Insomnia/Swagger

●

Basic understanding of SQL for data validation.

●

Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright,

etc.).

●

Familiarity with AI-driven features (chatbots, recommendations, OCR,

speech-to-text, etc.).
