Project Manager
Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they align with company goals and client expectations. This role is crucial for coordinating various teams, managing consultants, and adhering to project timelines while continuously seeking process improvements.
Responsibilities

Project Conceptualization:
- Utilize sound knowledge of Redevelopment By-laws and Development Control Regulations (DCR) to analyze and calculate project areas.
- Draft end product designs for client presentations and translate design ideas into briefs for design consultants and architects.

Appointment of Consultants:
- Analyze proposals to appoint suitable consultants and brief them on project requirements, expectations, and timelines.

Project Coordination:
- Collaborate effectively with teams such as liaison, projects, and sales to ensure consistency in product specifications across all documentation.
- Acquire necessary approvals for design and resources, track project progress, and address any design-related corrections.
- Mitigate queries raised during the construction process.

Process Adherence:
- Comply with company-defined guidelines and processes while adhering to project timelines.

Process Improvement:
- Identify and recommend improvements in processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Learning and Development:
- Assess self and team development needs and pursue training and educational opportunities to foster growth.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
Environment
- The position is based in Kurukshetra and requires full-time, in-office work. The role may involve occasional site visits to oversee project progress and address any issues.
