Role - Operations Manager

They have a head of ops, who also oversee's customer experience. 

looking for a Lead of operations - who will dedicatedly look at SCM, logistics, warehouse management. 
Looking for more expereinced ops guy. Managing a team on day to day basis. 
somebody who is from a good pedigree, smart guy, has gotten his hands dirty. 
each warehouses have 5-6 people, tere is a commercial team, logistics team. 
work on improvement. 
IMT sort of a person, tier 1 & 2
20-25 LPA 
In house manufacturing 90%
mix of bhiwadi and gurugram. 
he'll be looking at 4-6 warehouses. 
outbound logistics exp. 
consumer based industry. 
d2c marketplace exp will be preffered. 
3000- 10-12k sq feet. 
all warehouse incharges will be reporting to him.
