- Major expansion in retail, store in Pune,Bangalore,2 more in Bglr & Pune
- By the end of FY will have 5-10 more stores.
- East side is untouched as of now & planning.
- Figuring out between warehouse or dark store ops.
- Want to push D2C & start with same day / next day delivery
- Mother hub is in Pune, child hubs in Mum,Pune,Hyd,Ggn
- Own office in Talegaon(35km from Pune,near MIDC cultural) & thats where the ops team is.
- Still 80% rev comes from markertplace & quick commerce.
- 250 heacount in corporate,500 on ground ops

Role :
- VP ops is there who has been there for 10 years, joined as a fresher
- Someone who can bring in strong supply chain & pan India presence exposure.
- From consumer brand,FMCG but better to have online first exposure.

- Ops is the biggest team.

- Above 10 years of exp,founder is 34 years old & dont want someone older.

- Someone who has been involved in supply chain & currently despite have hubs they are missing alignment,processes,missed out on some POs & losing around 50 Lacs monthly due to this
- Decision to establish dark stores or warehouses.
- Implement AI to work on accurate numbers around the demand & sales.
- 70-80 people, regional operations manager & nitin will report into him.
- Need someone who is hands on
- Look for D2C brands in omnichannel then consumer
- 6 days wfo, 2nd & fourth sat off
