About The Role

• Devise the product strategy for the organization along with the founder
• Design collections of sarees, blouses, and ethnic wear for women
• Ensure the best technical aspects of the products in support of marketing and merchandising initiatives across all platforms.
• End to end ownership of performance of the design/product team and style guides and design pattern libraries for growth of the brand.
• Collaborating with brand and production teams to ensure the timely launch of collections and regulate the performance of the products.
• Creative direction for photoshoots for the products and the brand that meet measurable business goals and requirements
