Location: Bengaluru Department: Audit & Assurance Reporting to: Experience: 1–4 Years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (First Attempt Preferred) Preferred Background: Big 4 (EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong foundation in auditing and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a first attempt pass-out with experience from a Big 4 firm. Key Responsibilities: • Execute end-to-end audit assignments (Statutory, Tax, Internal, IFC) • Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and applicable regulatory frameworks • Evaluate internal controls and identify risk areas for improvement • Perform analytical procedures and substantive testing • Prepare audit documentation and working papers in accordance with firm standards • Coordinate with clients to gather relevant data and resolve queries • Stay updated on changes in accounting/auditing standards and regulations Key Skills & Competencies: • Sound understanding of accounting principles and audit methodology • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and audit tools (e.g., CaseWare, IDEA); ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle) preferred • High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines • Team player with strong organizational skills Preferred Candidate Profile: • CA qualified in First Attempt (Mandatory) • Folks with strong auditing experience from Big 4 firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) • Exposure to audits of listed entities or large corporates • Industry exposure in sectors like BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Technology
