Job Description
- Manage and grow sales in Modern Trade (MT) accounts such as Reliance, DMart, and other key national/regional chains.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts to drive volume, visibility, and profitability.
- Negotiate annual contracts, trade terms, promotional budgets, and in-store execution plans.
- Monitor account performance regularly and take corrective actions to meet/exceed targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, finance, and merchandising for seamless execution.
- Ensure timely payments, order processing, and adherence to commercial policies.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure best-in-class execution at store level.
