Job Summary

The role focuses on ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L), risk management, team leadership, and process improvement within the project management environment. It serves to ensure project profitability, adherence to business plans, and effective team performance.

Responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership: Manage asset and project profitability, execute projects in accordance with the business plan, and oversee daily site management.
  • Risk Management: Identify, flag, and resolve risks during both the Pre-Construction and Under Construction phases, providing mitigation strategies and management recommendations.
  • People Management: Set and define work objectives for team members, conduct performance reviews, and engage in team-building activities to enhance team dynamics.
  • Process Adherence & Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in processes to enhance efficiency and productivity while adhering to defined timelines and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Post-Graduation from a Premier Business School.
    • Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
  • Critical Skills:
    • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L and cash flow decisions.
    • Financial Modelling: Experience in preparing annual business plans.
    • Cross-Functional Exposure: Experience working across different organizational functions.
    • Team Management Experience: Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
    • Site Management Experience: Hands-on experience managing site activities.
    • Project Management: Exposure to project control processes (PCP).
    • Customer Experience Management: Skills in enhancing customer satisfaction.
    • Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of systems and processes related to sales and marketing.

Preferred Skills
