Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SCM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle R12.2 EBS with a strong emphasis on manufacturing, Order Management (OM), and Procure to Pay (P2P) modules. The primary aim is to interface with key stakeholders in the client organization and ensure the effective support and execution of related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Oracle R12.2 EBS Functional Consultant, specializing in manufacturing knowledge and extensively utilizing Oracle Order Management and Procure to Pay modules.
• Collaborate with the technical team by writing functional specifications and defining project priorities.
• Conduct testing and provide regular training and communication updates to users regarding system enhancements.
• Report activities to management and coordinate with functional support teams in different zones for information sharing.
• Utilize best practices in promoting code to various instances within the Oracle environment.
• Maintain a solid grasp of the complete project life cycle and Oracle Implementation methodologies, including Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) and Oracle's Unified Method (OUM).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with Oracle R12.2 EBS.
• Deep knowledge of Order Management and Procure to Pay modules.
• Familiarity with India Localization and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance.
• Basic understanding of SQL and PL/SQL, with experience using tools like SQL Developer, Toad, and version control systems.
• Strong client management capabilities coupled with excellent communication (both written and oral) skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team committed to collective success.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional ERP modules is advantageous.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

Experience

• At least 8 years of relevant SCM functional consulting experience, specifically focusing on Oracle applications.

Environment

• This position is remote, but the candidate must be located in Pune or Mumbai. Occasional travel (5-7 days per month) to Halol, Gujarat is required for period-end closings.

Salary

• Salary will be based on the market standards and candidate qualifications.
