Lilamani Group has<br /> distinctly marked its presence in the acres of residential projects, commercial<br /> developments, retail centers and corporate parks.</div> <div>Job Title: Sales &amp; Relationship Manager<br /> Location: Ahmedabad (specific project site)<br /> Reports to: Marketing Head<br /> Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and personable Relationship<br /> Manager to represent our residential and commercial projects in Ahmedabad.<br /> The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have strong communication<br /> skills and be passionate about real estate. You will be responsible for engaging<br /> with walk-in prospects, providing detailed information about our premium<br /> features, conducting property tours and ensuring a seamless experience for<br /> potential buyers.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> 1. Greet and engage with walk-in prospects at the project site<br /> 2. Provide comprehensive information about the luxury apartments and<br /> answer queries<br /> 3. Conduct detailed property tours, highlighting key features and amenities<br /> 4. Accurately capture prospect information and requirements in the CRM<br /> system<br /> 5. Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to prospect<br /> interactions<br /> 6. Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner<br /> 7. Coordinate with other departments to address prospect queries or<br /> concerns<br /> 8. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the project, local real estate market<br /> and competitor offerings<br /> 9. Assist in organizing and executing property showcases and events at the<br /> site<br /> 10. Ensure the project site and show apartments/shops are always<br /> presentable<br /> 11. Adhere to all company policies and real estate regulations</div> <div>Qualifications:<br /> 1. Bachelor&#39;s degree<br /> 2. 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or<br /> luxury sectors<br /> 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and<br /> Gujarati<br /> 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite<br /> 5. Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market (preferred)<br /> Required Skills and Competencies:<br /> 1. Exceptional customer service orientation<br /> 2. Ability to understand and articulate the unique selling points of luxury<br /> properties<br /> 3. Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements<br /> 4. Patience and ability to handle diverse customer personalities<br /> 5. Professional appearance and demeanour<br /> 6. Basic understanding of real estate processes and documentation<br /> 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br /> 8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as<br /> required<br /> Performance Metrics: While there are no sales targets, performance will be<br /> evaluated based on:<br /> 1. Customer satisfaction scores from prospect feedback<br /> 2. Accuracy and completeness of prospect information in the CRM<br /> 3. Response time to prospect queries and follow-ups<br /> 4. Quality of property tours conducted (based on mystery evaluations)<br /> 5. Maintenance of project site and show apartment standards<br /> 6. Adherence to company policies and procedures<br /> 7.
