Designation: Senior Fund Manager

Experience & Knowledge:

10+ years of relevant experience in Equity Markets, with experience in managing discretionary portfolios under PMS structures, with a demonstrable track record of performance and scale. Must possess domain knowledge and a good understanding of equity markets, portfolio construction, risk-adjusted return strategies, and SEBI regulations governing PMS.

Responsibilities:

Scale the current PMS AUM by executing PMS equity strategies, including portfolio construction, deployment, rebalancing, risk oversight, and delivering consistent alpha in line with product mandates and regulatory frameworks

Ensure robust risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, and performance optimization

Reporting: Group CEO, Chintan Mehta

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Universe to be tapped: Fund managers from leading PMS/ AIF platforms, boutique investment firms, and AMC-affiliated alternate asset managers with hands-on portfolio ownership.

Compensation: Fixed: INR 50-60 LPA + Variable
