Job Description

Own paid performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting networks
● Develop full-funnel paid campaigns targeting wholesale distributors across priority verticals
● Write ad copy, set up A/B tests, define budgets, and optimize for CPL, CAC, and ROAS
● Collaborate with design and content teams on creative assets, landing pages, and keyword-targeted content
● Build and manage retargeting strategies across platforms (Google Display, Meta, LinkedIn)
● Identify and scale best-performing audience segments using firmographic and intent signals
● Monitor performance, report on KPIs, and iterate rapidly to improve conversions and pipeline impact
● Stay ahead of ad platform changes, targeting capabilities, and benchmark trends for B2B SaaS
