Role: Network Expansion<br /> Job description<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br />

  1. Network Expansion Strategy:<br /> • Help with inputs to develop a comprehensive network expansion strategy aligned with the company's business objectives <br /> and growth targets.<br /> • Identify potential market opportunities, analyze competition, and evaluate market demand to determine suitable locations <br /> for new dealerships / alternate representation.<br /> • Collaborate to define network expansion goals and timelines.<br />
  2. Dealer Identification and Selection:<br /> • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential dealer partners who align with the company's values, brand <br /> image, and quality standards.<br /> • Follow selection criteria and evaluate prospective dealers based on their financial stability, market presence, infrastructure, <br /> and capabilities.<br /> • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential dealerships, ensuring a steady supply of qualified prospects.<br />
  3. Dealer Development and Management:<br /> • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail, marketing, and operations, to deploy dealer development <br /> programs, training initiatives, and other schemes.<br /> • Provide guidance and support to dealers in meeting sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and implementing <br /> effective marketing strategies.<br /> • Track key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for timely dealer review by leadership team for <br /> continuous improvement.<br />
  4. Relationship Building:<br /> • Cultivate strong relationships with existing dealers, acting as the primary point of contact for their concerns, feedback, and <br /> business development opportunities.<br /> • Visit & Meet dealers regularly foster collaboration, share best practices, and provide updates on company initiatives.<br /> • Collaborate with dealers to develop new programs & initiatives for betterment of business.<br />
  5. Market Intelligence:<br /> • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities and potential <br /> threats to the company's network expansion plans.<br /> • Conduct market visits, gather customer feedback, and provide insights for improvemen
