Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Expansion Strategy:
• Help with inputs to develop a comprehensive network expansion strategy aligned with the company's business objectives
and growth targets.
• Identify potential market opportunities, analyze competition, and evaluate market demand to determine suitable locations
for new dealerships / alternate representation.
• Collaborate to define network expansion goals and timelines.
2. Dealer Identification and Selection:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential dealer partners who align with the company's values, brand
image, and quality standards.
• Follow selection criteria and evaluate prospective dealers based on their financial stability, market presence, infrastructure,
and capabilities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential dealerships, ensuring a steady supply of qualified prospects.
3. Dealer Development and Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail, marketing, and operations, to deploy dealer development
programs, training initiatives, and other schemes.
• Provide guidance and support to dealers in meeting sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and implementing
effective marketing strategies.
• Track key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for timely dealer review by leadership team for
continuous improvement.
4. Relationship Building:
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing dealers, acting as the primary point of contact for their concerns, feedback, and
business development opportunities.
• Visit & Meet dealers regularly foster collaboration, share best practices, and provide updates on company initiatives.
• Collaborate with dealers to develop new programs & initiatives for betterment of business.
5. Market Intelligence:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities and potential
threats to the company's network expansion plans.
• Conduct market visits, gather customer feedback, and provide insights for improvemen
