Job Description
<div>o Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls<br />
o Whatsapp messages response<br />
o Chat boot reverts<br />
o Lead Conversation<br />
o Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction<br />
o Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and<br />
interactive communication<br />
o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools<br />
o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the<br />
time limits; follow up to ensure resolution<br />
o Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents<br />
o Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies<br />
o Take the extra mile to engage customers</div>
<div>Good to have:<br />
o Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service<br />
Representative<br />
o Track record of over-achieving quota<br />
o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening<br />
o Familiarity with CRM systems and practices<br />
o Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of<br />
characters.<br />
o Excellent English/Hindi communication and presentation skills<br />
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.<br />
o High school diploma.<br />
o Ms-Office Skills(Excel ,Word,PPT)<br />
