Job Description

o Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
o Whatsapp messages response
o Chat boot reverts
o Lead Conversation
o Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
o Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication
o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
o Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
o Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
o Take the extra mile to engage customers
Good to have:
o Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service
Representative
o Track record of over-achieving quota
o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
o Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
o Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of
characters.
o Excellent English/Hindi communication and presentation skills
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
o High school diploma.
o Ms-Office Skills(Excel ,Word,PPT)
o Flexible hours
