Hands-on development: analyse product specifications, design implementations, write code and rapidly deliver features ● Lead product development for the next generation of challenges, including very high capacity, guaranteed availability, and mass market usability without compromising the quality. ● Mentor a team of Software engineers and Lead end-to-end development for large-scale applications. ● Work closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of product delivery. ● Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome products. ● Analysing business requirements, story-boards and similar artifacts of the scrum process, work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds. ● Define and manage Technical Roadmap, own the entire product delivery end to end. ● Drive high-level architectural decisions and designs based on business priorities and requirement.
