The Role

We are seeking a structured and analytical Head of Information Technology Systems to partner

closely with business teams to create a secure, reliable technology environment. This role will

support and influence implementation of our chosen ERP (Microsoft Dynamics), as well as create

overall information technology systems that power the business’ rapid growth plan.

 Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.

 Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules

(Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, etc.).

 Manage support partner to drive ERP configuration, customization, and integration with

other business applications along with a clear budget for the same.

 Support ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption.

 Maintain documentation of ERP processes, workflows, and system changes.

 Design IT system processes that ensure performance, availability and security across the IT

environment.

 Monitor and improve existing vendor network for hardware & software support

 Implement cybersecurity protocols, IT policies and compliance standards, managing a team

 Design business continuity and disaster planning initiatives related to the IT environment

You’re a good fit if you:

 Have strong knowledge of ERP modules and have experience managing IT infrastructure

 Have good communication skills and are able to independently propose solutions while

working well with people

 Understand SQL and database architecture as well as system integrations

 Have familiarity with IT best practices including security, backup and change management

 Are a self starter with initiative to drive programs

 Have experience with ERP implementation / migration projects and cloud platforms

Preferred Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

 6–7 years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years working directly with Microsoft Dynamics

ERP.

 Exposure to ITIL practices and certifications such as Microsft Dynamics, MCSE are an added

advantage
