Associate Manager Infrastructure Services

Job Summary

We are looking for professionals with SAP Basis experience to join our team. Successful candidates will provide world-class IT support and services to our customers, interacting with highly competent and motivated individuals to deliver value-added IT services.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery to the required service levels.
• Offer reactive support for customers and implement measures to reduce reactive work.
• Deliver proactive support through effective capacity planning and change management.
• Handle escalations from customers and other teams regarding technical issues.
• Configure and administer large-scale global and regional SAP systems.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on SAP projects under your responsibility.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration, HANA Administration, Database Administration, or Operating System Administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Excellent customer focus and management of client expectations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, training, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Educational background: University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience in IT or a relevant business area.
• Good understanding of ITIL and service standard processes (certification preferred).

Preferred Skills

• SAP Basis experience on release 6 and above.
• Experience with any of the following NetWeaver technologies:
  • SAP Basis NetWeaver Administration
  • Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence
  • Enterprise Portal Administration / SAP Workplace
  • SAP Exchange Infrastructure (SAP PI) Administration / SAP Business Connector
• SAP Solution Manager operations (MOPZ, RCA, Managed system configurations).
• Trex Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle release upgrades and fix pack upgrades.
• Oracle Administration tasks such as backup, restore/recovery, and data file management.

Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis and related fields.

Environment

• Work location options include Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, and Gurugram.
• The position is a full-time role with a hybrid work mode.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: 3,000,000.
