PMO (Project Management Office)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced PMO professional . The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in project and program management, specifically with strong exposure to Oracle HCM implementations and tools. They should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic remote environment and must possess excellent presentation and reporting skills using Google Slides.
Responsibilities
- Drive and support project and program management activities across Oracle HCM projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports using Google Slides.
- Track project progress and proactively address delays or risks.
- Support Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and delivery managers in daily project operations and governance.
- Conduct periodic project reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Technical Program Management (TPM).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and implementation processes.
- Proven experience with remote team coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Slides for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Previous experience working with global clients or in an IT services company.
Experience
- 5+ years in project and program management roles.
