The ideal candidate would have:<br />  5-10 years of equity investing experience at leading firms in India<br />  Has analyzed potential investment opportunities across sectors, built earnings models and<br /> tracked performance of portfolio companies<br />  Ability to make recommendations to investment committee that are supported by rigorous<br /> analysis of company, industry, management teams<br />  CA and/or MBA from Top-tier Business Schools<br />  For candidates from equity research background, extensive experience in small and mid-cap<br /> sectors with high-impact coverage and recommendations will be important<br />  For candidates from the buy-side background, demonstrated track record of performance of<br /> ideas and funds will be an important criteria
