Job Description
Responsibilities :

Work with fellow designers and technical artists to create various 3D Assets.

Create, implement and optimize interactive content (including models, textures, and animation) for real-time application.

Optimize assets - topology reduction, draw call reduction, texture baking, etc.

Design, create, test, and maintain character/creature animations & control rigs.

Working with the guidelines to create the most optimized AR experience.

Effectively implement completed art assets, facilitate seamless asset integration in Unity, and support with technical guidance.

Achieve optimal performance and efficiency in the final real-time visual assets, as well as work effectively to solve any art-related bugs or hitches that may arise during production.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Knowledge of 3D modelling and asset creation packages like Maya, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, ZBrush, Marmoset, Photoshop, etc.

Generalist knowledge in skills such as modelling, texturing, lighting, animation, physics, and particle systems.

Working experience in creating low poly and high poly models.

Experience with PBR workflow and designing assets of various art styles.

Advanced skills in rigging and props/character animation.

Strong artistic and aesthetic sensibilities.

Experienced foundational art knowledge in theories of form, value, colour, proportion, anatomy, and scale

Communication skills and experience in both effectively communicating and receiving creative and artistic critique
Preferred Qualifications:

A portfolio showcasing your art and strong 3D design skills

Experience with 3D Motion design is a plus.

Experience with Unity and real-time shader development is a huge plus.
